The Bisou version
Two taps in the app, or by email without the app: everything is erased within 30 days.
1. From the app
Open Bisou, then Settings > My account > Delete my account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
2. Without the app
Email contact@bisouapp.com from your account's email address (or tell us which one if you signed in with Apple or Google), with the subject “Delete my Bisou account”. We confirm and delete the account within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
Your account, your calendars and all their content (texts, photos, videos, voice notes, chosen music), your reactions and the devices registered for notifications.
Calendars you received stay with the person who gave them to you, no longer linked to you.
4. What is kept
Purchase records, for 10 years, to meet our accounting obligations. Payments themselves are handled by Apple or Google.
Technical backups are overwritten within 30 days.
