The Bisou version
€14.99 once per calendar, paid through the App Store or Google Play. No subscription, no surprises — except the ones behind the doors.
1. What you buy
The “calendar unlock”: a one-time purchase of €14.99 per calendar, taxes included (price in France; the store shows the local price for your country). It lets you fill all 24 doors and send the calendar. The first three doors are free. There is no subscription.
The seller is [company name], [address], [company registration number].
2. Ordering and payment
Purchases are made in the app, through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), under their own terms. Payment is processed by Apple or Google: we never receive or store your banking details. Your receipt is sent by the store.
3. Access to the calendar
The calendar is unlocked as soon as the store confirms payment. If it isn't, use “Restore purchases” or write to us.
4. Right of withdrawal
The unlock is digital content delivered immediately. By confirming the purchase, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
Refunds are handled by the store: at reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or from your Google Play order history.
5. Restore a purchase
New phone? Sign in with the same account, then go to Settings > Restore purchases: your unlocked calendars come back. If anything is missing, write to contact@bisouapp.com with your receipt.
6. Gifted calendars
Bisou may offer calendar credits (special campaigns, goodwill gestures). They are personal, have no cash value and are non-refundable.
7. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If something is wrong, write to us: we will fix it or refund you.
8. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint: contact@bisouapp.com. If no solution is found, you can contact the consumer mediator [mediator name and contact details] free of charge.
